What is a zine?
^{A zine (pronounced like a shortened form of “magazine”) is a collection of artwork and fiction, brought together in one collected work.}What are the zine specifications?
This will ultimately depend on our interest check, but at the moment we presume our zine will be:
- SFW with a NSFW add on
- Will feature ships. Is AI allowed?
^{We are a firmly anti-AI project. No AI art or writing will be allowed in this zine. You will not be allowed to apply with AI samples. If it is proven that AI is used in your work, you will be immediately removed from this project.}Will this zine be for profit or charity?
^{Both the interest check and number of contributors will determine the zine's status. Though we are aiming for a physical for profit project.}Are AUs allowed?
^Yes.Are ships allowed?
^{Ships will be allowed though they are not the main focus of the zine.}Are rare pairs allowed?
^{Absolutely. The more variety the better!}Are spoilers allowed?
^{Spoilers will be allowed.}How will contributors be compensated?
^{This will depend on the results of our interest check. All contributors will be compensated with a free zine PDF at minimum.
If sales allow, we will provide a free physical copy of the zine as well.}Who is allowed to apply?
^{All contributors must be 18 years or older to participate in this zine.}What will not be allowed in the NSFW Add On?
^{-Underage/Pedophilia/Lolisho
-Non-canon typical violence
-Vore
-Scat/Watersports
-Emeto/Vomit
-Zoophilia/Bestiality/Feral
-Non-Con/Rape}Why are these not allowed?
^{Some material is not allowed due to legal restrictions in certain countries.}Will I need a Discord to participate?
^{Not to apply to the zine, but you will need one to participate if you are selected as a contributor.}Do I need previous zine experience to apply?
^{Absolutely not! Everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome newcomers to apply.}Can I apply for more than one position?
^{Yes, provided you’re confident you can handle the increased workload.}What kind of merch will the zine have?
^{If we're able to make a physical zine, we will have a mix of physical and digital items. Otherwise, we will offer digital merch only. Our interest check will provide an example of some of the merch we intend to offer.}If I have any further questions, where do I ask them?
^{We’re happy to answer any additional questions through the zine's social medias!}
